For #TraintoTransformTues I want to share with you my dear friend Matt aka @jikmeng. He has gone through a massive transformation himself and I do hope that others can learn from him. He was also on the cover of @Menshealthymalaysia (I think that says a lot ^_~) Do follow and check his feed. Meantime here's part of his story.

When I was younger I was quite fat nerdy and most of all unhappy. Would eat and drink way too much and no girls would go near me 😁! I didn't know what I wanted and I was completely lost. In that pic i was 19 and weighed 96kg
When I was around 19 my hair line started receding and I tell you that was a very depressing time in my life. People would start pointing it out like I didn't know. Sucks for a young man trying to be a bachelor. I tried so many solutions and none of them worked.
I didnt want to be fat and botak! (Bald). The day I started wet shaving my head is a day I still remember. I decided I needed to do a full transformation. I had already been training but not so intensely and also not looking at food intake. I changed this, changed my style and became more confident.
People started complimenting me more and said I looked good. Even the ladies said I looked handsome that I looked like I'm vin diesel or the rock haha. Another thing I wanted to be is genuine, loving and more caring to those around me. Its not all about outward change we need inward change too.
What I'm trying to get at is that we all will face some challenges and barriers in our life. Its like God is testing us. One of those eventful challenges was accepting my baldness which has now made me more happy than ever. This problem is faced by many men and I'm telling you you're going to be ok ! There Are Far Greater problems you will face such as should I eat that or not? Haha
Remember you are the creator of your own destiny. Things wont always go your way but you have to make the most of it. We only live once. Stay awesome and sexy people!
